Manic Street Preachers premiered their Euro 2016 Wales anthem 'Together Stronger (C'mon Wales)' at their homecoming show in Swansea last night (May 28). The band, who were wrapping up the final night of their UK tour, performed the track for the first time live at the Liberty Stadium. Introducing the anthem, which was backed by an eight-piece string section, bassist Nicky Wire said: “This a world premiere for this next track. Let's just enjoy this.” You can watch footage of the performance below. The show was held to celebrate the 20th anniversary of their landmark album 'Everything Must Go', which the band played in its entirety. The Manics kicked off their set with 'Elvis Impersonator: Blackpool Pier', against a backdrop of images of the northern town before the crowd welcomed their 1996 Number 2 hit 'A Design For Life'. Later ahead of 'Black Flowers That Grow In The Sky', which frontman James Dean Bradfield played alone on an acoustic guitar, he said: “It means so much to us you coming out tonight, over 20,000 people out in Swansea on a Saturday night. We'll get to the messy stuff later.” Wire also paid tribute to the city and former bandmate Richey Edwards ahead of 'The Girl Who Wanted To Be God', informing the crowd: “As you may know me and Richey (Edwards) went to Swansea City University. I can't say we got fucking much done. This is for the glamour of Richey Edwards.” The guitarist disappeared in 1995 and has never been found. During 'Australia', Bradfield also paid his respects to Swansea City Association Football Club and local Rugby Union Club The Ospreys, even changing the lyrics to Ospreylia.   The Manics ended the first part of their show, firing ticker tape over the crowd in the colours of the Welsh flag. The second part of their set featured a series of hits from their back catalogue including 'Motorcycle Emptiness', 'You Stole The Sun From My Heart', 'You Love Us' plus covers of Frankie Valli's 'Can't Take My Eyes Off You' and 'Fiction Factory' single '(Feels Like) Heaven'. Announcing the latter, Bradfield joked: “This is a song we all bought from Woolworths when we lived in (our hometown) Blackwood. How fucking old does that make me sound?” Wrapping up their set with 'If You Tolerate This Your Children Will Be Next', Bradfield signed off by saying: “Swansea let me tell you, you've given us one of the fucking greatest nights of our lives. We can all have a wish tonight. Let's hope we can fucking do it at the Euros.” The band left the stage to a huge firework display. They played: 'Elvis Impersonator: Blackpool Pier' 'A Design For Life' 'Kevin Carter' 'Enola/Alone' 'Everything Must Go' 'Small Black Flowers That Grow In The Sky' 'The Girl Who Wanted To Be God' 'Removables' 'Australia' 'Interiors' 'Further Away' 'No Surface All Feeling' 'Ocean Spray' 'Can't Take My Eyes Off You' 'Motorcycle Emptiness' 'Walk Me To The Bridge' 'Your Love Alone Is Not Enough' 'Together Stronger (C'mon Wales)' 'Nat West-Barclays-Midlands-Lloyds' 'You Stole The Sun From My Heart' 'Roses In The Hospital' 'Show Me The Wonder' '(Feels Like) Heaven' 'You Love Us' 'If You Tolerate This Your Children Will Be Next' Earlier, Super Furry Animals also performed their own unofficial Euro 2016 Welsh anthem 'Bing Bong' during their hour support set at their first show ever in Swansea. You can watch footage below. In between lifting cue cards with the slogans 'Applause' and 'Prolonged Applause', the band also played songs from their back catalogue stretching right back to their 1996 debut 'Fuzzy Logic', including 'God Show Me Magic' and 'If You Don't Want Me To Destroy You'. They ended their set with 'The Man Don't Give A Fuck' which saw the five-piece don their famous Yeti costumes.

Stevie Wonder has spoken about Beyonce in an interview, during which he reveals that he's been following the pop star's work since her Destiny's Child days and calls 'Lemonade' an "art piece". "I've seen Beyoncé from the very beginning of her career," Wonder told Billboard backstage at California's BottleRock Festival on Friday (May 27), and explained that he's witnessed her music "mature". He continued: "Now we have 'Lemonade', which is to me a great art piece." The singer then went on to say that if he were to say anything to Beyoncé, he'd say, "Why don't you get the words written in braille so that every single person can read the words?" Watch the interview with Stevie Wonder below: On July 10 Wonder is due to appear at Hyde Park for the only UK date of his 'Songs In The Key of Life' tour this year, which will now last at least 18 months. Pharrell Williams and Corinne Bailey Rae are set to share a stage with Wonder, who will be performing his classic 1976 album in its entirety. Williams, who is generally considered a superstar in his own right, admitted that the chance to play with a figure as legendary as Wonder was an honour. "Stevie Wonder was a fixture in my life as a child," Williams said. "His music is probably the closest thing to auditory transcendence."

Kanye West's studio in Calabasas, California has been robbed of $20,000 (£13,600) of its equipment. The burglary took place on Monday night (May 23) and was reported to the police the next morning, when it was discovered that the door of Kanye's studio had been pried open and that many of the rapper's laptops and desktop computers, worth thousands of dollars, were missing. All the gear has reportedly already been replaced and no classified details are at risk thanks to "heavy-duty tech security". According to TMZ, the police believe the crime was committed by someone Kanye knows, although they don't have any suspects as yet. Getty While this was happening, elsewhere Miike Snow hailed Kanye as “the most important artist of our time” and claimed that Kendrick Lamar owes his career to West’s hit ‘Jesus Walks’. Wyatt told Billboard that West is the inheritor of David Bowie’s willingness to experiment. Wyatt said: “Who’s the most relevant artist now? I think Kanye is the most important artist of our time. I don’t think there’s any argument.” Wyatt, whose band recently released new album ‘iii’, went on: “Kanye is definitely is the only huge artist that takes massive risks with his music. Other people might make the video for this or that, but he is always leading the way." “Even Kendrick Lamar’s career is basically taken from ‘Jesus Walks.’, which sounds like what Kendrick did on his last album. I love Kendrick, he’s awesome, a visionary, but Kanye was kind of there first.”

Vermont politician Bernie Sanders did not walk out to the DMX track 'Where the Hood At' on Thursday (May 26). A video was posted by Edwin Acuna via his Twitter handle @Edwinprime that showed what viewers believed to be the Deomocrat candidate walking out at his Lancaster, California rally to DMX's 2003 song. It has now been confirmed by Sanders' national press secretary that the politician in fact did not walk out to DMX. "Never thought I'd have to say this, but no @BernieSanders did not walk out to a #DMX song in Lancaster earlier this week," tweeted the press secretary, Symone D Sanders yesterday. She followed this with a video of how Bernie Sanders really walked out, "to epic cheers from the crowd". Watch below: Never thought I'd have to say this, but no @BernieSanders did not walk out to a #DMX song in Lancaster earlier this week.— Symone D. Sanders (@SymoneDSanders) May 28, 2016 Here is how @BernieSanders really entered the Lancaster rally...to epic cheers from the crowd! https://t.co/rydhYpl4ql— Symone D. Sanders (@SymoneDSanders) May 28, 2016 Speaking to Billboard, Acuna – whose Twitter account had disappeared at the time of writing – said the idea for the video edit came from "daydreaming" while waiting for Sanders to arrive. "It started with thinking how funny it would be if I edited a video to make it seem as if Bernie walked out to DMX," said Acuna, "but after waiting a bit longer, I decided I'd turn it into a social experiment. "Everyone seems to be very easily fooled by anything they see on the Internet. On one end we have a majority of the Twitter community going crazy and some going as far as even saying they're 'switching allegiances' … At the end of it all, I wanted to show the world that politics are not something to fool around with and to prove it, I faked this video."

Tom Hiddleston is reportedly in talks to take over as the next James Bond, according to sources close to the actor. Current Bond actor Daniel Craig is yet to confirm his departure from the iconic role, but previous reports claimed that the actor had turned down a £68 million offer to stay on as the spy - after he previously said he would rather "slash my wrists" than reprise the role. But now Birth Movies Death reports that discussions have now ramped up with Hiddleston, and he is now in 'advanced talks' to take over from Craig. The report also mentions how Hiddleston had previously spoken of his interest in the role during an appearance on The Graham Norton show, but adds that no official deal has been agreed with the actor. Hiddleston was initially touted as a replacement for Craig after he played a super-spy in BBC series The Night Manager - with bookmakers later suspending odds on the actor taking the role. But a curveball could yet come in the form of Billy Elliot star Jamie Bell - who has also been touted as a surprise replacement for Daniel Craig. A source told The Sun: "Barbara has been a fan of Jamie for a long time and has even thought about him playing another role in the franchise before. "Everyone remembers Jamie as the little boy in Billy Elliott, but he’s now bulked up and got some serious roles under his belt."

A sequel to iconic British movie Quadrophenia is being made, 37 years after the original was released. The sequel to the cult film, which was released in 1979, is expected to see the return of original cast members Phil Daniels and singer Toyah Wilcox - and will shoot this summer. The iconic 1979 adaptation of The Who's eponymous album focused on the infamous violent clashes between Mods and Rockers on Brighton Beach in the 1960's, and it's expected that the sequel will catch up with the characters at a later stage in their lives. The follow-up is based on the book To Be Someone by Peter Meadow, and will be directed by Ray Burdis, who previously produced The Krays. Describing the sequel, Toyah Wilcox, who played the role of Monkey in the original, said: "Quadrophenia was really zeitgeist and it’s never really gone away, as every new generation connects with it. “No-one expected that to happen - it grabbed teenage angst by the balls and never let go. None of us realised the impact it would have at the time - we were all just desperate to out do each other. “The natural journey for my character, nearly 40 years on, has seen her become a sexual predator, working in the sex industry as a madam. She’s married to one of the other main characters and they’re swingers.” The sequel is expected to be released next year.

Drake has secured the longest reign at number one in the UK single charts in nine years, after 'One Dance' spent a seventh straight week at number one. The track, featuring Wizkid and Kyla, is the first to spend seven consecutive weeks at the top since Leona Lewis' 'Bleeding Love', which spent the same amount of time at the top in 2007. But if the song continues to hold the top spot next week, it will become the longest-reigning chart topper since Rihanna's Umbrella, which spent a mammoth 10 weeks at number one when also released in 2007. Elsewhere in the UK charts, Justin Timberlake's Can't Stop The Feeling stayed at number two for a second week, while Rihanna and Calvin Harris' This Is What You Came For stayed at number three. Drake's fortunes didn't quite extend to the album charts, where latest record Views was knocked from the top spot by Ariana Grande's new album 'Dangerous Woman'. The record, which is Grande's first number one album, pipped the Canadian rapper to the top spot by just 600 copies. Other new entries included Richard Ashcroft's latest album 'These People', which entered the charts in third place, along with Bob Dylan's 'Fallen Angels', which secured fifth place.
